About Us
A space where young voices find words, and words find their way to the world.
Foundational Philosophy
Nirmayee began with a simple belief: young people have voices, ideas, questions and stories that deserve to be heard. We wanted to create a space where these thoughts could move beyond conversations and become something others could read, reflect upon and engage with.
Born out of Shikshanganga Foundation, we believe every voice deserves dignity, and every young person deserves the opportunity to think, question, create and express.
Together, we try to create that space.

Shikshanganga Foundation
Nirmayee is an initiative of Shikshanganga, which is working in school education and livelihood development since 2017.
Our organization’s mission is to nurture one million future-ready learners from underserved backgrounds by 2050 through experiential learning in schools. It chooses depth over spread, staying with the same students until they are empowered. Nirmayee carries that belief forward: when young people are given room to express themselves, they grow into it.
